Hello! I got my DM-32 yesterday, and was doing some changes in the Cps and my radio went black. It is emitting a very subtle static sound, but no buttons work. It will enter firmware update mode, but the CPS says “Communication failed” every time I try to write.

Edit: I have arrived at the conclusion that I am better off returning the radio, the headache it has caused me is not worth it. Thanks to all who tried to help!
