Lexus ES250 Alarm Going Off

At the title states, my 2021 ES250’s alarm goes off randomly. I just got the vehicle a week ago and paid for a Lexus service to look at it for a pre purchase inspection and they found no issues, so I bought it. Fast forward to the next day, I hear the alarm randomly going off. I think nothing of it, turn it off, go about my business. 20-30 min later, same thing.. and it keeps happening. I considered taking it back to the Lexus service to look at it, however, it’s about a 3 hour drive for me. I have been taking the fuse out of the fuse box for the horn, and this has stopped the alarm randomly going off, but that is obviously not a practical long term fix. I have replaced the key fob battery, taken the terminals off the battery for a “reset”, did relearn steps on opening/closing all doors, locking and unlocking everything, and still nothing is working.

Has anyone experienced something similar and if anyone can suggest a potential fix? I know I can probably take it to Lexus and have them reset the BCM and clear any flags/codes, which would likely take care of it, but I wanted to see if anyone else had any more suggestions.

I am looking at buying a used Lexus. I found this one that looks really clean, but it has a rebuilt title. After getting the VIN and doing some digging, this vehicle was a “recovered theft” and that is why it has the rebuilt title brand, no accidents or anything like that, someone just stole it. I also found images of the vehicle before it was fixed, and the only issue was a busted out window (I will post this in the pictures). The guy is asking 24K, only willing to go down to 23.5K. The car itself only has 23,000 miles and is a 2021. My question is based on the fact that it is a rebuilt title, albeit not technically crashed, would this be a good deal or a stay away? If i do decide to pursue it, I plan on taking it to a Lexus mechanic to do a used car check on it to ensure it’s sound mechanically. Sorry if I forgot anything, it’s my first post in here :).
