For context I confederated a minor dwarven faction nearby me and found out that they had two armies, one consisting of mostly miners, and the other one consisting entirely of miners. All of the miners combined cost me 4230 gold a turn(Playing belegar before retaking Karak Eight Peaks), so I'm lucky I spotted it immediately.
