The paint and sip event was lipstick on a pig. All aesthetic no substance. Maybe this isn’t a hot take but painting on those “coloring sheets” like we did in Pre-K with watercolors looked tacky as hell. I was so distracted by them all squished up in the booth fighting for room to paint their stick figures I have no idea what the context of the scenes was.
