I picked up my prescription for adderall almost 2 weeks ago but the app shows it as being available for pickup and there is no completed order for it. I've even been getting the "x days to pickup" texts.

Is it likely just the app not being synced with the pharmacy's system, or is it possible the tech forgot to scan it when giving it to me?

I feel like they wouldn't just not notice 60 pills disappearing from their inventory. If I call and tell them I already picked it up would it get the tech in significant trouble? Will telling them now almost 2 weeks after cause issues picking up the next month prescription?
