Hey my friend commited 2 felonies but not was charged with them, because he broke a car window when a person was inside with a bat, he evaded the scene but they got his license plate which was under the name of his brother. They detained his brother but didn’t find my friend. He doesn’t have an arrest warrant and they only have a vague description on him. They’re were no charges or cases on him. The police stopped him 3 days after this happened and he was released. He has no arrest warrant.
