this tool would let you compare different stat setups and it would spit out an ''effective damage'' number. i've used it to optimize my wvw builds by balancing power, ferocity and precision but i can't find it anymore.

i believe it was a german website but could be mistaken.

does anyone remember the name or know if it's still around?
