I’m getting started at electronics and I’ve started looking at the kit my father bought me like 10 years ago. I don’t know what this is and the list of components only says 3.3V/5V and the rest is in chinese.

I can see there is a USB port, another port for a batery, a capacitor and other things. Is it an extension for a microcontroller or something like that? I’m kinda embarrassed but I’m clueless.
