Plenty of low level cheaters aimbotting and wall hacking these last few days. It is getting unplayable again.

Hi everyone,

I was diagnosed with moderate to severe sleep apnea a few years ago. I’ve done several sleep studies, including at the hospital. My AHI is between 22.7 and 44 depending on the night. I feel extremely tired all the time, with headaches and a lot of brain fog. I tried CPAP for about a year but it didn’t help. I actually felt worse, so I stopped using it. I’ve been without treatment for about two years, but lately things are getting worse again. I recently did another study and my doctor now wants me to try a custom MAD. He said my tongue falls back during sleep and blocks my airway (I have a pretty big and thick tongue, i can easily touch my nose). I’m 31 and not overweight. What should I expect with a MAD? Does it really help? Any downsides?
