I Just Received a TwoTrees Sappire-S CoreXY : Help a Newby Out

I got this printer 3rd hand from my brother. He said it worked temporarilly then stopped, so I want to give it a hand. Issue is, it's all put together but neither of us have instructions. The settings said it has an app called Lerdge but the website is gone so based on that I'm certain this is an older printer.

  1. I need help finding information to calibrate it and to understand how it all works.
  2. I need to know if the app is strictly necessary or what I can use as an alternative.
  3. If I use the USB port do I need to dedicate a clean usb for that or will I have the option to just choose the coorect folder?
    Oh and lastly, what type of file are 3D models typically and is there any app I need to move 3D models from the PC to the USB? >!Homebrewing a Wii and using a backup manager to format the iso files.!<

Just got these two Les Paul guitars and want to do some custom faceplates
Based on the images above, what do you think? Also, where is the best spot to place the subject's face in either option?

Option A would look good when holding it.
Option B would look good when displaying it upright.
There's also the option of an inbetween angle in the middle of A and B.
Thought?
