Update on previous post (Chime Prime)

I made a post about this a month ago. I meet the direct deposit requirements for Chime Prime, I have for years. I never got Chime Prime. At first I was just told by support that I would have to wait it out. Now, the last two times I’ve called support they’ve told me my account should have it, but it doesn’t for some reason, and there’s nothing they can do about it. That it is out of their scope, and they are sorry but there’s nothing to be done at the moment.
Anyone else in the same boat as me currently?
