Hello lovely ppl! I’m looking at a potential contractor role in an integrative mental health practice. They handle insurance and offer OT referrals in-house. I set my rate and split it. If anyone has experience contracting OT services in private practices, what’s a reasonable rate to aim for? How do you approach negotiation, especially before finalizing the agreement?

I want to try Home Health part time over the summer. Have a few interviews lined up. I know that the quality of home health organizations varies. What should I look for in the organization to ensure that they have proper training, time for documentation and the actually care about their employees?
