Hi everyone! Looking for advice. I booked my hair and makeup artist (same person) waaay in advance, and was looking for someone who did both to make it easy/cut down the amount of vendors. Background: the person I hired does mostly hair, and makeup as a side gig. Which is totally fine, except, I have been eyeing this makeup artist in the area and would love to hire her as she specializes in bridal makeup.

I paid the original vendor in full already. Is it rude to switch my bridal makeup to the other vendor? I could have someone else in the party get their makeup done from the original vendor in place of me, but I don’t want to offend her by switching just my makeup. Thoughts? Does this happen?
