I built a reptile husbandry manager as a HA Add-on (feeding logs, shedding, breeding, label generator)
Hey everyone,
I've been keeping reptiles for a while and got tired of tracking everything in spreadsheets. Since I already use Home Assistant for everything else, I built a proper add-on for it.
It handles feeding logs, shedding records, breeding events (including bulk offspring creation for things like tarantula slings), husbandry conditions, a family tree view, and a label generator with QR codes and animal photos.
HA integration via REST sensors and webhooks, everything stored locally in SQLite — no cloud, no subscription.
German and English UI, more languages can be added easily.
