I rescued this turtle from a river near my house because he is missing his left arm and left leg, and he was stuck between two rocks and was looking horrible, that was about 3 weeks ago and he’s doing a lot better now. But he’s limbs have healed more now and a lot of the dead skin has fallen off and his bones are exposed now and I’m worried about infection, but I live in Oregon and they are illegal here and I can’t take him to a vet so idk what I should do?
