So l've recently swapped to Nvidia after having tons if issues on AMD and Ive come across one of the most annoying bugs I've experienced. I got my Zotac amp extreme infinity RTX 5080 on april 23rd and have loved it but after Driver 596.36 G-Sync/VRR and even V-sync completely stop working randomly, dropping and locking my 1% lows to specifically 120-160 even though my averages constantly stay above 200-230 on my 240Hz panel. My display will flicker very briefly then the G-Sync indicator will disappear and my 1% lows lock to 120-160 despite being 190+ constantly before. My voltages and my clocks are all stable and boosting as they should and my temps are under 60c and my 9850X3D cpu is under 60c as well and boosting properly, just VRR/G-Sync stops working no matter if low latency is on or not. V-Sync in the Nvidia app normal and fast have the same issue even if G-Sync/VRR is off. Sometimes it can take 70 minutes, other times 153 minutes, and sometimes even immediately on launch of a new game, though it can happen faster during games that fluctuate fps during gameplay or loading zones like GTFO during a security door. I thought ok it must be a new driver bug since it happened directly after downloading the newest one so I try the one directly before this one using DDU and get the same issue, then I DDU again and try and older driver 595.97 and have the same issue. I disabled MPO, disabled hags, disabled optimizations for windowed games, disabled MSI afterburner, made sure all background tasks are closed, and nothing worked. I use a Sansui ES-G34C5 Pro ultra wide monitor using display port cables, it is an uncertified monitor that specializes in Freesync but it worked prior to this driver.

Edit: Only a full restart fixes my issues, win+ctrl+shift+B will not solve my issue.
