How can I cut or crop oversized objects to be printable within the build plate?
Currently running OrcaSlicer version 2.3.1 - I'm trying to upsize a boomerang STL because I want to make it bigger just for fun. The size I want is too big for my plate, so I'm trying to tell my printer to only print half of the boomerang. That way I can just print the same thing twice and glue or plastic weld it together.
To split the part I'm using a negative cube to delete half of the object, but OrcaSlicer won't let the program slice it. I even turned off brims and skirts so I know for certain that the final printed part will still be within the plate. Is there another method I can use to accomplish this?
