New hire Background Check
Hello,
I suddenly got a a very nice job offer however i am overthinking on how I will declare my previous work/employer.
Right now I am an employee kay company A and na disclose ko naman na sa new job(company B) na I am rendering and will end this job before sa start date ni company B.
Ang problem is may gap sa experience ko with company A. I worked with them around june 2024-dec 2024 for a seasonal role, after that I didn’t accept the new account that they offered because graduating ako by january 2025. Cleared exit naman ako doon kaya when I tried to apply again kay company A 2 months after, natangap naman ako ulit.
Ngayon mag c-conduct ng background check si company B. Will it be better na e separate declare ko yung experiences ko kay company A and leave the 2 months gap? Or mas mabuti bang e declare ko as continous yung exp ko sa kanila? Or mas better ba na yung start date sa most recent role ko nlng yung e d-disclose ko?
Please help me, nag o-overthink ako na baka ma retract pa yung offer ko dahil dito😭
