first off this all happened in a hour, no2fa no subscriptions nothing, So i recently found my xbox 360, got it all hooked up and connected to my wifi, started downloading my account and it worked first try,this is the account i have my xbox 360 and xbox one achievements on,i was an idiot and changed my gamertag 30 minutes later on microsoft and it signed me out. Now when i try to download my profile i get credential error no matter what i do.

I even made tried a separate account that doesint have have any changes what so ever and it does the same thing. this all happened in about an hour in the same day i’m so confused
