I see this update in my dashboard when I logged in today to Services Online: “We are reviewing the adjudicator's work to ensure accuracy and that all rules and requirements were met. This quality check helps protect your benefits and keeps your case on track”. The message ended saying that once the review of the adjudicator’s work is completed the application will be finalized and payment will be mad. I’m in interim payments since December 2025, retired on 9/30/2025. I wonder how long will this quality review take and whether anyone else has gone through i. I haven’t heard of this quality review before and wonder if it’s random or selective. Thank you for any insights!
