For about 2-3 years I've had this weird growth at the base of my toe that, though painless, is quite sensitive to touch (ive tried chipping away at it with clippers but the skin underneath the dead buildup is super sensitive). Can't make an appt with a podiatrist anytime soon due to finances unfortunately.

Any ideas?
