same as title , i have seen that these government awaas yojana is no doubt a good thing for homeless and needy people but building these in posh area's like vesu and pal just decreases their value like 3 crore flats got devalued to 1.6 crore nearly half which heavily affects both standards and preferences of people .... like both class will be living uncomfortably working class and needy people might not be able to meet up daily expenses of area they are livin ..... i think they should build this type of thing near industry driven sectors or factory like pandesara , saroli , limbayat , sachin etc not saying that this are low class area but i saw more people coming for work from these areas
