I had to change my phone number due to my sim card and phone not working and now i can't login to my old account. The password was in a notpad on my (now broken) phone. I've tried the support website but they dont have a fix for my problem and when i sent an email I was told the "mailbox is unable to recieve incoming messages" even if they take the account down and i make a new one I'd be fine with that but they don't understand i dont have the phone number nor do i know the password
