like all of the options to repost video disappeared outta nowhere? i can repost on my all other accounts but my main. i also remember making new account few years ago and i didnt have the option to repost from the start. so i abandoned it. why does it tiktok do that? what can i do about it?

Hi, since today I haven’t been able to switch between my TikTok accounts.
Whenever I try to switch accounts, I get “Unable to switch accounts”, and now I’m also sometimes getting a “Server error” message.
My internet connection is working perfectly fine, and TikTok itself works normally otherwise. I’m on iPhone and I’ve already updated TikTok, cleared the cache, switched between Wi-Fi and mobile data, and completely restarted my iPhone, but nothing has fixed it.
Is anyone else having this problem today? Could this be a server-side issue?

My whole fyp is suddenly full of ads, not a single normal video, and when it's not an ad, it's a video that doesn't even interest me or thay would never usually be on my fyp.. basically my fyp has been acting out of character, wtf??

right so i was just scrolling on tiktok with my normal fyp and suddenly it's basically wiped out and all i'm getting is videos of the country i'm in and repeated videos of like 2 creators? as in i scroll onto one of their videos, i scroll again and it's another video of theirs again, ans like that for at least 5 scrolls. yes i have updated the app so i'm confused? this is happening on both my accounts so idk what's happening

Has anyone else experienced a sudden TikTok view drop since August 15?

I have an established account that normally receives hundreds of thousands of views per upload. My previous six videos had a median of roughly 415K views, but my latest three are currently at 68.6K, 54.1K, and 22.2K…about 80–87% below my normal reach.

The strange part is that my watch time, completion, engagement, and other analytics are all consistent with my usual performance. None of the videos have warnings or For You feed eligibility issues, and my older videos are still receiving traffic. It seems like TikTok is simply distributing the new uploads to far fewer people.

Is anyone else experiencing this over the past few days, particularly in the United States? If so, when did it begin for you?

TikTok asked me to provide a selfie of myself for an age verification and I did so, but it doesn’t accept it. I tried several times and each time “unable to verify” would pop up. Eventually I tried the other options but none of them work, and because I reused the selfie option too much it even took that option away. How do I fix this?

I usually get over 3,000 views on each video, and the highest I’ve ever gotten was 4M but out of no where, suddenly both myself and others can’t post any of my videos onto stories, and my average view has dropped to like… 200. I get (if I’m lucky) 6 likes in an hour, when it used to be 100 to sometimes even 500. My comments don’t show to other people either, I’ve checked by looking on an alt account and they don’t show up. My videos aren’t listed under ‘ineligible for recommendation’ either and people can see them, but it’s like all of my engagement has massively dropped to nothing and my account has been barred.

My account status is good, and my account seems fine but it’s basically broken? I did a little bit of research and apparently this is happening to a lot of other people too.

Is there anyway to fix this??
