It’s been one year on Mounjaro, and I barely recognize myself in the mirror but I also never saw myself as heavy as I was when I started this journey. I am so proud of who I am now and who I was when I didn’t have the capacity to make my health a priority. Life is far from easy and I love who I am through every step of life because without all those experiences, I wouldn’t be who I am today. Keep going because the time will pass anyway!
