Random abusive calls
Just from tuning in and listening carefully in the past 3 weeks... I believe management is behind some of the abusive calls.
Some of the information given to the caller- they have this already. How is this possible other than a slip of the tongue from looking onto my screen while on the call?
Caller said I have a reference number before the end of the call. I said how is this possible? Caller tried to clean it up and said someone provided this. I said when did you make the prior call. Caller said the other day. Really? No notes indicated.
Management wants to get a reaction from staff is the reason I believe behind some random abusive calls.
Don't fall into the trap. Stay professional and leave at the end of the shift.
