Hi I applied for L1A 3 monts ago. Initially it was approved but when I went to collect my passport I was give it back with 221g with administrative processing and no documents requested. My ceac also changed from approved to refused. Now 3 months later its changed from refused to Administrative Processing. I dont understand while it was showing refused it was still under administrative processing now its showing AP. i am trying to understand how is it different from before. Has anyone been through a same situation before, also is this a good sign or bad ?
