opinion on setting up a food cart in Islamabad
hi everyone, I'm thinking of starting a food cart business. i have some ideas for what i wanna sell but i am mostly concerned about the legality behind it. thats because i rarely see food carts in Islamabad. by food arts i mean those mini boxy food trucks either retro fitted on a small Suzuki or behind a bike. considering this, does anyone know or have any experience in how does the city's management view this. can i do it in a high footfall markaz like i8. i8 for example, i see often a couple of these selling random stuff but nothing permanent. my question is, is the problem that it's not allowed to sell like this in Islamabad or does people mostly just does not make it in this business or maybe no one has really done this seriously for it to be well known. any opinion is welcome
