Will silverrock still honor
I was in a bad situation and needed a car fast. I got approved at carvana for $0 down car. I bought a 2017 chevy equinox with 55k miiles(i already know terrible car to choose). Everything with the car went great til about a month after I had it. Check engine light came on so I made an appointment to in network shop meinke where the diagnosed it as vvt solenoid. They made a claim with silverrock they approved the claim and proceeded. When they pulled the solenoid out it had metal shavings in the engine so silverock approved a new engine. Great getting a new engine out itm also out of a vehicle til repairs are complete. About 4 weeks. Get my csr back they tell me to come back after 500 miles fir an.oil change. So best believe thats what I did cause imma keep up with the maintenence. Took it back for the oil change about 3 weeks later. Day before I take it in check engine light comes in again. They diagnose as high pressure fuel pump oh and they found an oil leak. I pay 85 iut of pocket to do dye and degrease test to find the leak. Take it back they say they fixed the leak. Now month later cars iut of warrnety now 2 weeks passed the earrenty expired and it still has an oil leak. Meinke is trying to push silverock to still replace it since its an ongoing issue. How likely are they to honor it still even though the 100 days are up?
