Iv had mcas for six years, now its progressed after taken high dose Sam-e what I was using for methylation support, to kounis syndrome which is a mast cell allergy which can cause cardiac events, has anyone else experienced this life threatening syndrome and if so was there anything that helped as I know it’s not chronic like mcas.
