I have to give a thumbs-up to the guy in the mask. Even though he knew he was dealing with "Doctor Strange," he still called out the dangerous driving behavior at the top of his lungs. By doing so, he upheld safety standards and helped reduce the risk of an accident. What’s more, despite riding a standard city commuter bike, he managed to catch up to "Doctor Strange," who was speeding down the bike lane and running red lights.

At the same time, the guy in the mask deserves some criticism as well. He wasn't wearing a helmet, so he really should have pointed a finger at himself for dangerous riding, too.
