CW has been famous for their customer service in not in the best way. I've purchased 13 different CW's and I've been very critical of some terrible customer service I received as they exploded in popularity. Overwhelming growth can be overwhelming.. I always spoke out when it was a disaster so I'd like to report that after sending two of my CW's in to be serviced, the service was fine and punctual and absolutely acceptable. While very few of my CW's cost as much as the rest of my collection, I continue to enjoy the value and aesthetics and they're heavy in my 23 watch rotation. Hopefully, they're catching up with their popularity. I'm grateful for the pieces I have and wear them with joy. Time will tell.....hope it's a great story.
