Hi, received a booking that the bookers story is not really adding up so I'm starting to think it might be a set up for a party. I live just down the street from the property so I can keep a close eye on it.
But I'm curious as STR Hosts, what are my rights? What can we do if I suspect underage drinking in a property?
Here in Texas it's strictly forbidden if you're under 21.

Hello, we are in our first year of Hosting in North Texas, Dallas suburbs.
We have noticed a significant decline or drop off in bookings in July though we had a great May and June. Curious if anyone else is also seeing STR booking is decline at least in the North Texas area? It's really odd because we have a highly rated property, but we're not even booked half of July trying to understand what might be happening here. We use price labs to price the property so we stay in competition with other whole-house listings.
Is anyone else noticing this? We have nothing but five star reviews so try to understand what might be wrong. Seems odd to have a July slump.

Hello Fellow Hosts, i've been looking to expand my STR portfolio, I'm curious if any Airbnb hosts have experience with handicap accessibility short-term rentals?
I'm Looking at Homes that are ADA compliant and focus specifically on the STR market for handicap families are individuals. Curious if investment properties are a wise investment in your experience and would like to know if anyone else has had an experience with this, is it profitable, etc?
