I’d attempted to open the Vinted app, it made me log in again, and then opened up to say that I had been permanently banned for fraudulent activity.
I have no idea what this could be for. I only got Vinted like a month ago as I’m moving and wanted to clear out stuff I didn’t use anymore.
I only sold three items: two Ralph Lauren (which are definitely genuine) polos and a wool cricket jumper from some nothing brand. All of these were shipped out properly and arrived fine with the money in my balance (which thankfully I was able to withdraw this) so I don’t know what could have caused me to be banned.
I’ve submitted an appeal, but they made me acknowledge that fraudulent activity isn’t valid for an appeal.
Has anyone experienced this before? What are my chances of getting the account back?
