So a quick question about (in our store) tomorrow's kids workshop. Why was the kit for this month changed? All year long June was supposed to be a trophy kit. I believe it was to celebrate the World cup starting this month. We have a lot of kids that play soccer and parents were asking why they are now signed up for the toy box. The toy box was supposed to be for July not June. And now there is no free option for kids workshop in July. So the real question is, why take away the free option in a poverty location? We had 1 child sign up for the Mr. Beast last month. Most parents bring in 3-5 kids at a time in my store. They can't afford $15 for each child, I've tried to ask my managers and of course no one has a clue.

Yes I am the kids workshop captain in our store, and I also try to plan a little extra toy or gift to give the children to go with their kits. For the washing machine bank, I crocheted little single "socks" because there is always a lost sock. Lol So making badges for the trophy this month seemed like a waste of time. Now I have a day to come with a little something extra. I just wish there was better communication with everyone.
