Hi,
I am gonna go on pip starting next month as my coach informed. Is there any way I can drop this pip like something as in request or write application to talent team or may be go on leave before that, etc. anyone who has experience related to it. I am a con with 5 yoe.
Also, I wanted to stay with the firm until thisnyear minimum. I am sensing a reason that I was put into a project without asking me or telling me to which i raised myself and got my self released within 2 weeks by the rm. I guess that's the reason I got put in pip even though getting agreeable snapshot rating.
Anyone who can suggest anything here so as to cover my ass and stay here
Also, I've interacted and worked with people who literally know much and are way beyond me interms of work and accountability but are still here for 5-6 years or so. So, I cannot say that entirely its due to performance.
Any suggestions by doing which I can cut off and escape the pip process.
