Smell of dog
I have never had a dog in my 45 years before this year when we brought our girl home. She is a blessing and has changed our lives for the better.
But... What is with the smell? My husband has always joked that I have the nose of a bloodhound. But seriously, I need help for my den and bedroom. My couch, rug, throws, bedroom that's carpet... All have her smell (in don't mind a faint wiff but some days it's overwhelming). I have BBW and Yankee Candle plug - ins. I vacuum (dry AND wet vac). I dust. I wash my throws. She gets groomed every 4 weeks bc she sleeps with us, and I have allergies.
Is this just what it means to have a dog? I didn't want to Google suggestions bc I don't want to weed through promotions of companies. Do yall have tried-and true suggestions?
