How fast can you get your excel regular high school diploma if you’re starting from scratch?

I’m starting james madison highsvhool from scratch because i’m not sure if my credits will transfer over or not, but i was wondering if it’s possible to complete the program in 6 months? i think im going to do do the college prep version. Ive seen a lot of complaints about people getting flagged for living to fast even though it’s marketed as a self paced program so im a little confused.
