[Online][5e 2024][Flexible][18+] I want to be a player also.
Good afternoon! Im looking for a lighthearted if occasionally poignant good campaign. Looking for a good amount of roleplay, not a meat grinder. Light on combat would be fine as far as I'm concerned. I'm a team player, especially as far as building characters goes, but my rolls are not built for combat. Outside of GMing I've rolled two natural 20s in my life. Im 34.
On that note, I'm a grown ass man looking to play with other adults, and I'm hoping for a campaign without too much "and then they kissed"/fade to black. Im happily married. I know its just roleplay, but it still has to come out of my mouth, and I'm not really down for that. I'm unbothered if others do, but Im not interested in it being the center stage event.
Other than those weird quirks, I'm pretty flexible. I have a decent amount of experience in 5e 2014, and a little in 2024 and 3.5. Im very open to other systems, but I'll be a complete newbie.
Currently im running a (full) campaign on wednesdays, so I can't do that day. My ideal time would be tuesday 5:30PM PST, but despite the specificity I'm not terribly picky. Beggars can't be choosers, and I know which side of that equation I'm on here.
