Motive just laid off 5% of their workforce which accounts for 251 people.
Do we know which teams got affected? Sales? QA? Dev?

I am working in software company from 11 years. Joined straight after graduation as an internee. Climbed up the ladder and now at senior leadership position. What's the issue you would think? Only thought that comes in my mind daily is: How to resign? When to resign? Should I tell in person to CEO? Should I send a heartfelt email? Should I send a cold msg to HR?
I am unable to think of anything positive. Every little thing at office makes me angry. I have good control over my anger but it eats me from inside. And I don't know anything else to do rather than this job. It pays well. Have all the freedom that a company can offer. Am I ungrateful? Am I sick?
