What would be the best way to do this. I currently just traced the lines like someone would’ve signed it (loops, overlaps etc..) and applied a zig zag with some understitch. Let me know your thoughts. It’s at about .12mm width and probably going to stitch out about 4or5x10 if that matters. Thanks

I want to create a hat similar to this but I don’t have the ability to do structured hats on my machine. And I don’t want a traditional patch. My thought is to make the lettering with a fusible back and iron them on. Is it possible to do this but keep the letters together without having to place each letter?
