Partner left me during a festival, AIO?
My (29F) boyfriend (35M) of 8 months (who also has reached out to women as "friends" behind my back previously), took me to my first festival yesterday. I complained a bit because I was hot, in early pregnancy, and never walked this much so I wanted to sit for a bit. Also got annoyed because I had to tell him numerous times when he talks to me, he needs to turn his head to my direction because I couldn't hear him that well. After I got over the initial feelings of jeez it is hot, tons of walking, we were about to watch Poppy when they announced the concert was cancelled.
Whilst walking to find shelter, he told me "hey!" Twice because he was trying to get my attention, and i said "im not a freaking dog, call me by my name, theres tons of people out here".
He tells me to "do what I want" and so I go find a seat under a cooling area, I call him and tell him im sitting there , and he won't come sit by me. This is where it really starts.
I call him twice and ask "where are you?" To which I get "i dont know. You should have came with me" we call a few times more and he barely answers me, and when he tells me he is at one place, by the time I get there hes gone. It is raining now, thousands of people are all mixed together..every time he tells me where he is, he leaves the spot. I am crying, because I am lost, becoming confused, as ive we have never been to the venue.
By the time I find him I am crying and getting to a point of hyper ventilating, and all he can say is "you should have stayed with me" and when I tell him "I tried to call you multiple times, and every time I went to where you were you weren't there, so you should have waited and we could have went together!" He made excuses, saying he couldn't wait..they wouldn't let him (which that was a lie because I saw other people waiting for their crowd at one of the places he told me to go). A kind woman saw me crying and asked if I needed help, while my boyfriend stands far away from me because I didn't want to stand in front of a bathroom with dozens of people going in and out with him. I felt pathetic at this point.
He sent me a picture of 2 of where he was at, which didn't help because he had already left the spots. And then he tells me all I did was complain, im ridiculous several times, he is never taking me here again..and after he proceeds to leave me AGAIN outside of the venue in Daytona by myself, I told him "Why would you leave me again, by myself when it is on and off raining in a different state while I am pregnant with your kid?" His reply over the phone when trying to find him again "you are overreacting."
Every time we argued about it, it just kept going back to me, when I am the one who kept trying to find him. I feel drastically different now about this person and feel like I made a huge mistake and an innocent baby has to be born into this. He tried to be nice most of the night after, but I feel disgusted, and unsafe.
