I got a hairtransplant done 8 days and was still smoking cigarettes 2 days pre surgery and started to smoke again 5 days post surgery, I smoke around 5 cigarettes a day has the damage already been done ? And continue to smoke or is there still some hope left if I quit today for a month or 2 ? And how badly does cigarette actually affect a hairtransplant ? Has anyone in here still smoked and still seen good results ?

I got a Ht 6 days ago and around day 5 i started picking at the scabs and gently pulling them off and today at day 6 i pulled off a lot of scabs on my right side hairline , did i lose any grafts ?? There was no blood at all , im nervous now
