Other post got deleted because it was incomplete, so I'll rewrite with more clarity. Basically I want to use blackboard for my university work and assignments yada yada, however, it won't open on my computer.
Blackboard is a public and accessible website, it works in my region and my devices are on the same network. It won't open at my university, nor at home. I've tried plenty of different browsers and did the clear cache and history, I reset the browser flags, I did the windows security went to the virus and protection then to the manage and turned it off, yet still nothing has changed. I cannot seem to access it at all. I also removed my adBlocker and other extensions and still to no avail.
The website opens on my phone and tablet with no problem and my peers are also able to open it on all their devices with no problem at all. What could possibly be wrong and what are the solutions?
If its of any help(?) im on windows 11
The browsers i tried were chrome, brave, opera, firefox, edge and tor.
pleaseeee help I really need to access it from my computer!!!

P.s i looked at old posts with the same problem and tried them but nothing worked, except there was something with cmd but i didnt know how to set up the cloudflare.
