Shifted swing Arm Shaft, can’t remove pivot bolt

I decided to remove and replace the swing arm on my 2022 Triumph speed Twin 1200. I’m in the process of powder coating the entire bike and the aluminum swing arm was one of the last parts. Anyhow I got an Abba stand and lifted up the bike and ground off the chain and removed the wheel. I removed the swing arm pivot nut and started removing the pivot bolt and it was very easy until I realized that the ABBA stand was blocking me from removing the bolt the entire way. I tried just tilting the abba lift a tiny bit to clear the bolt and every thing went south from here. The abba stand shifted and it popped off the mounts and my bike started to fall but I held it up desperately trying to avoid letting the bike fall. Eventually I had to set the rear end down my back was wrecked holding up the entire 300 pound motorcycle. I got my strength back and lifted the back of the bike back onto the stand. Today I went and bought a center stand/jack and completely removed the stupid abba strand I can’t recommend using an abba stand. It totally screwed my project up. Anyhow today I have been trying to remove the pivot bolt from the swing arm and it appears the shaft and the bolt have shifted. When I set the bike down it pushed up on the swing arm more on the right side and now the shaft is shifted up and I can’t get the bolt out. You can see how far the bolt is sticking out it’s close but I have tried pounding it out with along piece of metal but it literally just bent every piece of metal I stick in the shaft. I’m scared I’m going to bend my frame and am wondering if anybody knows what to do. I considered using an angle grinder to just cut the pivot bolt but I’m not super handy with grinding and would rather not.
