Throttle Sticking YZ250F

I have a 2006 YZ250F and I recently had rebuilt the carb and had installed some new levers and grips. The grips I put on were the ProTaper clamp on grips, I never really tested out the throttle after installing it because I had alot of problems with the carb and forgot about it.

Either way some time went by and I went to start it up the other day and the throttle is sticking pretty bad. After thinking the problem was the Pro Taper Clamp on grips I had ended up purchasing a Motion Pro Throttle tube and new grips. That did not fix it either. Went to go put the OEM from the very start and it does the same thing.

I ended up finding that when I take the wires out of the cam and pull the throttle cable it pulls very easily and snaps back with ease. So I ended up taking the throttle housing and only putting one half of it on and it with my hand, the throttle would snap back with ease. Then when putting on the second half it does not want to snap back with ease.

Anyone had this problem or maybe have some ideas of what it could be. Im starting to think its the throttle housing or something to do with the wires but have no clue because they work fine when out of the throttle tube cam. Let me know if anyone has got an idea!
