We flew out on business class Hawaiian SEA-ICN on April 17 and returned ICN-SEA on business after the full integration on April 27. The experience both in terms of service and food was noticeably better. Food had a more of a premium feel and it was a Seattle based crew that was well trained. The experience going to ICN was mediocre but I felt well taken care of on the way back. I still don't like the entertainment selection but at least the food was really good! The salt and straw ice cream sundaes made to order was a treat!
