This kitchen redesign has been submitted for my approval. Aside from this rendering having a wine cooler where the dishwasher goes (the designer has been notified), is anything missing? Any suggestions? I need to pull the trigger soon and I'm afraid I may be blind to something.
For further context, the blue/grey/gold accent tiles are pre-existing as are the white ceramic tile walls (20"x20") so no backsplash is needed. Brooms and mops are stored outside in a separate laundry room (it's a tropical location, so laundry heat and humidity stays out there) outside, so no broom closet is needed. The ceiling is 15 ft and there's a ceiling fan over what will be the new island.
The counters will be polished cement, cabinets solid local hardwood that is naturally pest resistant.
Also, ignore that art on the other side of the door, which leads to the patio.You'll actually see the laundry room door through that glass.
