I (42f) applied for DSP in mid-April due to PTSD and ASD Level 2. I had my JCA phone appointment today and I’m hoping it went well, it lasted about 20 minutes, so now I’m just waiting to hear if I progress to Sonic.

I was very nervous going into the appointment and had prepared notes on how my autism and PTSD affect me but while I didn’t need most of it, I was glad I’d prepared it. Reading up on other people’s reddit posts was also really helpful, so a big thanks to the community here.
