Hey everyone, I just got my Rainbow Pro Batch 5, was really excited and setting it up on Sunday, when after a few hours of use, the bottom screen still displays, responds to the AYN button, just the touch screen stopped functioning. It’s like as if I never touched the screen at all. I tried looking up and people have had display issues with the bottom screen, but mine is a bit different where the display is fine, I just can’t click anything. A common fix was opening it up and reseating the ribbon cable I think in the middle, but would that also potentially help solve my issue? I’ve emailed AYN yesterday and hope to hear back soon. If anyone has any insight that would be greatly appreciated.
